A Product Development Partnership
We Invent is an open innovation, product development partnership between William Leadbetter and Isabelle Casse. Together we create product concepts and IP which we licence to manufacturers and retailers in return for a small royalty.

We help businesses reduce the development costs associated with maintaining product line relevancy on store shelves. Our outside perspective brings new ideas to the table, and our performance guarantee ensures you pay zero until the product moves!
What We Offer
We offer free product submissions to businesses looking to collaborate through Open Innovation. We work to wish lists, sign NDA's when needed, and check for prior art before sending submissions over.

What is Open Innovation?
The act of renting outside designs or IP in exchange for a royalty most commonly based on net sales, (otherwise known as licensing).

Who is the "We" in We Invent?
William and Isabelle are the co-founders of We Invent. They met while studying together at the inventRight Academy under product development stars Andrew Krauss and Stephen Key
William
William's focus is the development of product concepts that simplify work and everyday life.
His love for aesthetic and functional design takes root in his background in bespoke carpentry and design services, creating functional products that fulfil consumer needs with renewable and aesthetic materials.
William's goal is to remove the small points of resistance in life that consumers didn't even realise they had. When he's not working on that he loves to camp, surf, play pool & fish.
William Lives in England and his first language is English.
Isabelle
Isabelle is constantly brimming with new ideas. Her focus on accident prevention & medical products is balanced by her love of making fun designs too.
As a nurse Isabelle believes in products that keep people healthy. As a mother she finds joy in products that promote family fun. Isabelle's goal is to keep others out of the emergency room & at home with their families. When she's not busy with that she loves to hike, camp, run & swim,
Isabelle lives in Canada and her first language is French. She speaks excellent English too!
